How to Download？ \ 如何下載?
We have both free and donated items on the site.  To donate, please press "Make a Donation" Bottom for donation procedure.  When the donation is done, you will be taken to the downloading page for downloading. However, if the link is broken,please be sure to contact us at admin@evanellsims.com . we will contact you and send you the files to your email box in 24 hours    我們的網站提供免費與捐助房屋下載.  若要下載捐助房屋, 請按下 "Make a Donation" 按鈕以進行捐助程序。 當程序完成後, 系統會自動帶你至下載房屋頁面，如果系統發生錯誤以至於無法下載，請務必寄信至admin@evanellsims.com與我們連絡，我們會在24小時內將房屋檔案寄至你的信箱中。
Zip & Winrar \ 解壓縮程式
The files on the site has been compressed.  You will need Zip or Winrar to de-compress the files.     站上的檔案都是經過壓縮的.  你需要 Zip 或 Winrar 等程式來解壓縮檔案。
How to install Sims 2 Houses? \ 如何安裝模2房屋
1.    Before downloading, please check if you have all the required Expansion Packs.  If not, you won’t be able to install the houses. 2.      After de-compressing the files, the house files are in xxx.sims2pack.  Please double click the files to install.  You can find the houses in the house bin in the game.  If the installation didn’t work, please try a few more times. 3.      We don’t recommend you using Sims2pack Clean Installer to install the houses on the site. 4.      Houses with custom items will be informed and the sites where you can find the items will be listed.  You should download the items, or the houses may appear different as the pictures.     1.    下載前請先確認房屋所需的資料片，若你沒有所需的資料片，房屋將無法安裝 2.      解壓縮之後的房屋檔案為 xxx.sims2pack格式，請用滑鼠左鍵快按兩下來進行安裝。 安裝成功的房屋會出現在遊戲社區畫面的房屋箱中.  如果沒有成功，請多試幾次。 3.      我們不建議使用 Sims2pack Clean Installer 來安裝本站的房屋(容易失敗). 4.      有使用自訂物件的房屋會特別註明物件來源.  你必須先前往下載這些物件, 否則房屋會無法正確顯示。.
How to install Sims 3 Houses? \ 如何安裝模3房屋
1.     The Sims 3 houses are in Sims3pack files.  Please double click the files to install.  You can see the houses in the house bin in the game.  2.      All the Sims 3 houses on the site are made with in game items only, but it may content some items from The Sims 3 Store.  If you don’t have these items, the houses may appear different as the pictures.     1.     模3房屋檔案格式為 Sims3pack.  請用滑鼠左鍵快按兩下來進行安裝.安裝成功的房屋會出現在遊戲編輯城鎮模式中的房屋箱內.  2.      本站的模3房屋皆僅使用遊戲內建及EA線上商店物件.  如果你沒有購買EA線上商店物件, 下載後的房屋裡不會出現這些物件.
